Chicken backs are perfect for broth or stock making and yield 2.5-3 cups of shredded chicken per package. These can also be thrown on the grill and BBQ’d up like a thigh or drumstick.

Each bird's foraging diet is supplemented with a soy-free, non-GMO chemical free feed, made right here in Texas. Each chicken will be sold as a whole bird (think of a beautiful roast chicken). All of our chickens are processed in a USDA inspected facility. Our pasture raised chicken is priced at $5.00/lb.
